Laughter Yoga has been around since 1995 but for the decade has been introduced into the UK - Sara Kay has been running workshops and training individuals and companies since 2016. Having suffered from depression myself before this time - which proves that you can laugh intentionally even when you don’t feel up to it.
I will being a huge spark of positivity and joy to the sessions.
So, what is Laughter Yoga? Not only Yogic style deep breathing, but a unique exercise routine, intentional Laughter created through value and playful exercises interspersed with clapping and deep Yogic breathing.
