True Physio was founded to help people fight back against pain and get back to doing the things they love to do by providing the highest quality Physiotherapy, Massage and Chiropody. We now have clinics in Sale, Skipton and Lancaster.

In your very first session, we will spend time finding out exactly what YOUR goal is and working out how we can work with you to reach that.  We love that we get to be the ones to help you to your goals, so we build everything around that.

We have the option of face to face appointments, online video appointments and FREE 15minute video chats with our team which can be booked by calling the clinic or using our online booking system via our web page and Facebook.
